How to Order your Web Maintenance Service

There are No long term contracts to sign, and you are not obligated to sign up for another plan. This means that, unlike other web maintenance programs, you're not locked in and paying for months on end for non-existent web maintenance.

Effectively maintaining a Website requires a fair amount of time and attention. If you fail to update your site chances are that the search engines will consider your site to be irrelevant, which can cause your rankings to fall. Failing to update programs such as WordPress can lead to server issues and/or your site getting hacked.

When you need updates or maintenance work done on your site, email your work order (in clear detail) and I will let you know the approximate number of hours that will be required. Most MINOR updates can be completed within 1 to 2 hours. Simply select the number of hours below, send in your payment, and you will be placed in queue. All work orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Any additional time that goes beyond the number selected will be billable in 15 minute increments, at the selected hourly rate.

Benefits of Using the Web Maintenance Plan

The benefit of selecting a maintenance plan is that the hourly rate for Un-contracted maintenance, regardless of number of hours, is $90.00/hour. By pre-ordering that rate is greatly reduced. In addition, contracted maintenance is expedited and is typically completed within 24-48 hours, depending on the scope of the project.

An additional fee is applied to All "rush orders."

The Process:

1. Select and pre-pay (by check or with credit or debit card) for the number of hours that best suit your needs.
2. Send an email (which serves as written proof of the Work Order for our records) listing the changes and/or updates you would like to have done (be very specific). Or call 858.673.4108 to phone in your work order. You will receive an email with verification of the changes discussed on the phone for clarity and confirmation.
3. Your Work Order is placed in queue. Updates are made and posted live on your site.
