How soon can you get started on my project, and how long will it take to finish?

Projects are typically booked 1 to 2 weeks in advance.  All projects are started once the down payment (invoice sent via PayPal) has been received. More often than not, the project completed before your requested launch date; providing all content and information is provided in a timely manner.  The time it takes to complete a project greatly depends on the complexity of the project and how quickly you send the necessary materials and respond to requests for feedback.

How much does a website cost?

There’s no quick answer to this question as there are too many unknowns at this point. However, you can get a general idea of what it will cost on our services page. Want to know exactly how much your site will cost? Request a detailed proposal.

What is the best way to contact you?

For the quickest response time, the best way to contact us is by filling out the contact form. Emails are often answered within the hour during the week… or sometimes, within minutes of receipt.

Will I be able to view my web project in progress?

Once the design concept is completed, you will be provided a link to review and critique the site for feedback and round one of the revision(s).  The number of revisions allowed depends on the size of your site.  Most often, the site is developed on our server and then, upon final payment, moved over to your web server — making the site “live.”

Will my site be “Mobile Responsive” and work in different web browsers?

Yes!  Your site will be developed primarily with Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari but will work in the most popular web browsers and mobile devices.  We focus on the most current web browser versions.  Older browsers, such as Internet Explorer versions 6, 7 and 8 are not supported. (As a sidebar: It’s always advisable to be running the latest version of your web browser, for security features.)

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made with Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay your invoice). You can also pay by check using either PayPal or US mail.

A 50% deposit secures your start date.  Final balance is due upon completion of the project; prior to transfer of files to your web server.  For projects that will take less than a week from start to finish, a 75% deposit is required. For projects that will take less than 24 business hours to complete, payment is due in full and up-front prior to start date.

What is your Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that upon placing a work order you are agreeing to the Terms as stated in the proposal and/or via email. Cancellations made within 5 business days or less prior to the start date will lose 50% of their deposit. Cancellations made after start date will lose their full deposit.
